I was born in Malta 7-209-1948 in Hazzabar. In 1998 before my Mother passed she took her children back it was my first time back. I realized people were tall like me. I am 5'10. Our trip was wonderful but we left to soon. Now I wish I never left I have to say I would rather be there than here. Now I know what my heart was missing. If my two children were not here and my husband Iwould come back for good. I speak read and write our languge, If this American econey was not sp bad I would visit again. I miss everyone in Malta only a person that has been there can understand. America is no where to live right now. No one has any respect for one onther. Thank you for sharing. Coming back. If only I visited sooner. I'm aiming to come back often. So much history, so much culture. Helpful website. May I recommend you read 'The Sword and the Scimitar' by David Ball for a fantastic detailed account of the 1565 siege. Fiction based on a lot of research! Needs a movie to bring it to life!
